Smectalia orange-vanilla is a sachet medicine to treat diarrhoea . Smectalia contains a purified natural clay: diosmectite, which acts by protecting the digestive tract.
This non-prescription medication is flavoured with orange and vanilla to facilitate its use in adults and children over 15 years old.
Smectalia intervenes in addition to dietary measures in the management of acute diarrhoea, of short duration by absorbing intestinal gas.
