Apply daily to damp hair, after washing and towel-drying hair, or during the day to dry hair.

First warm a small amount of cream between your hands, then distribute it evenly along the length and along the ends.
This is a concentrated leave-in product, so you can use a small amount for best results. Also, you should not rinse with water.
