During the 1st use, let your candle burn until all of the wax has become liquid on the surface to prevent the wax from hollowing out and forming a well around the wick. Before each lighting, shorten the wick to 3mm to avoid any smoke. Your candle will burn regularly if you make sure that the wick is straight and centered when it is extinguished.
